Letting daughters bf sleep over?

DD and her bf are both 16 and together over a year and she’s on bc and they use condoms. She has asked if he could start staying here on weekends. I’m ok with it but my dh says no way. Has anyone else allowed this?

HELL NO

SD16 tried this shit with us and her mom-NOPE not happening.

They can wait til they're 18 and have their own place or they can get a hotel.

Thats still inappropriate in my opinion. They can have plenty of sleepovers once they move out of your house in a few years.

It's just not necessary.  My DD would never even think to ask me this.

She's a child. Stop treating her like an adult.

Yeah that's a no for me. While I'm glad you and she are taking precautions to avoid any unwanted mishaps I would not make it that much easier for her.

Does he not have a home of his own?

Because otherwise, this should not happen. What's the point other than to make sure that the BC she's on works and the condom doesn't break?

I'm with your Dh.
