SAHMs don't get bonus checks-that implies she has a subservient position in the family.  A husband does not EMPLOY his wife.  She is raising the next generation as all mothers are and so deserves respect all year round.  Your question is a stupid.  What is wrong with you?

They gave us a $25 gift card and a holiday party we had to potluck ourselves.

We are treated to lunch at a nice restaurant prior to the new years ever holiday.  no other acknowledgment is expected

I’m a SAHM, so I don’t have an employer. My family does regularly thank me for all I do, though. :)
