Tonights dinner is oven baked chicken topped with mozzarella and fresh tomato, then broiled to get the cheese melted. Served with home made onion mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, corn and side salad.

The chicken came out phenomenal.

I’d have to omit the tomatos. I hate them. Otherwise, the meat looks good!
