Cracking your neck

Do you do it? Or other areas like knuckles, toes, back? I've been doing it since I was a small child. I just did my neck and my brother winced, he was sitting near me. He claims nobody does that and I'm weird. Help me prove him wrong.

I do it way too much. I crack my neck, back, knuckles and toe knuckles and knees. I used to be a dancer and I am all arthritic now.

I did for over 20 years.
Until I saw an xray.

I crack literally every joint in my body. They stiffen up, and cracking is the only relief. If cracking doesn't help, I put it in a brace.
I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I also fell out of a two story window as a young toddler.
I've been told it was weird all my life, but I don't care. It gives my joints relief, and I don't do it for anyone's comfort but my own.

All the time. I also crack my knuckles and toes. I wish I could crack my own back but I have to go to the chiro for that. He also does my neck and hips and knees for me too. It’s ah-mazing. I notice that when he does my neck for me, I don’t feel the need to do it myself as often.

I know lots of people who do that. I've never been able to do my neck, although I'd love to.  It's so tense that I have to do stretches almost every day to relieve even a small amount.

What did you see? I never crack anything. Just curious.
