What conspiracy theories do you believe?

Posted by Anonymous   + Show Post
Just read a Dear Prudence article where a woman found out her date believed 9/11 was an inside job and wonders if it's a dealbreaker. Do you believe in any conspiracies? If someone you were with believed in any, would you break up with them?

I still think there’s something “off” about the 1October shooting. They’ve yet to provide any footage of the shooter entering/exiting the Mandalay Bay... or any other casino in town.
Yet, last month a man robbed the cage at Bellagio and footage of him was released within minutes/hours later. Actually any crime that happens at the casinos is always released pretty quickly- when Rolex was robbed at Caesars last year and when another store at Bellagio was robbed all footage was released ASAP.
The coroners office (which is right by my house) was being guarded and blocked off for over a month.
I don’t really know what to believe but I definitely think there’s more to it than what they are saying.
I understand it’s still under investigation but lots of questions are still unanswered.

I believe Vince foster was murdered, too. Not sure that I believe this but I wonder if it's possible if Hitler escaped to Brazil like some of his men. As for Area 51 - aliens!

Quoting Anonymous 1: I am a firm believer that Burke killed JonBenet, perhaps by accident (intending to hurt not kill) and Jon and Patsy covered it up to protect their family's reputation. The whole thing was so shady, the pineapple in her stomach, the autopsy showing the trauma to her private area, the panties that didn't fit, the garrote, the ransom note, it goes on and on...

I don't think that people's beliefs should necessarily be called "conspiracy theories," but I don't think things happen in a vacuum, and I don't think that people know a fraction of what goes on in the halls of governmental power. All we know is what we see, and I think that is kind of the tip of the iceberg. I think, in just my opinion, that LBJ was involved with the death of JFK because he wanted to be President and escalate the war in Vietnam. He was a good old boy and had lots of pals who wanted lots of money, and that is what we were there for.I also don't think for a minute that Oswald actually killed him, but he was a patsy.

I think that there has been much evidence of ET visitation, but that it hasn't been released.

I think that Jon Benet was absolutely killed by someone in her family or someone close to it. I think it was her mother.

Indeed it does go on and on, but it always comes back to Patsy, the lies, the ransom note etc, and then there was John's "finding" her body after the police were on scene, carrying her upstairs, covering her with a blanket, while the police watched. Had they never heard of securing a crime scene, of separate interrogations, of making sure nothing contaminates the body, and they did all of that and more. I don't know anything about her brother. There is a possibility that he was abused too. I don't have proof but it seems fishy to me that they were so tight with the pediatricians and the police that they didn't have to answer to anyone, when everything was suspicious.

Speaking of something very "off," does anyone remember that plane a while back that didn't land where it was supposed to but kept going for an hour, I can't remember whether it was off radar or not, but in any case, no one ever said one word about it. Not a crew member, not a passenger. I can't believe that no one noticed that they were still flying for an hour, instead of landing. You would think people would be very angry, missed connections, meeting people etc. Why has no one ever said what they were doing or what happened?

Question everything! I believe in many o ? The conspiracy theories out there, but since there's nothing I can do about it, i don't concern myself with them too much. I like to discuss them though

What is the Mandela effect?

Quoting Anonymous 3: Some of the "crisis actor" theories seem convincing but I'm not sold on it. And the Mandela effect theory makes me wonder.

I have no interest in spending any time around anyone who believes in any conspiracy theories.  Believing in conspiracy theories is idiotic.

I agree to the killer being in the family. I believe it was Burke and John and patsy covered it up...But I think not just for their reputation, but to protect their son...there's something about him...But of course they were pretty well off, so they had money to buy people off and such..

Quoting Anonymous 20: I think some of the conspiracy theories are outrageous and I don’t read to much into them. The ones I do believe have some validity: Marilyn Monroe was murdered. Princess Diana’s accident was intentional. Vince Foster was
murdered. Something is definitely going on in Area 51.

I absolutely agree that IMO Marilyn Monroe was murdered. Also Dorothy Kilgallen, who was an investigational journalist, who had just told some people that she had stuff on the Kennedys that she was about to break open. She died in 1965 under suspicious conditions, an "apparent alcohol and barbituate overdose."

What motive would anyone have to kill Princess Diana? Who do you think was behind it?
