Absolutely not. Funny you think suddenly breastfeeding a formula fed four month old is even an option.

The homemade formulas I remember from Dr Spock involve evaporated milk and corn syrup. That was the seventies though when he wrote the edition I read. But you won't nurse or pump? You can't be serious with that shit.

No. Go get formula. If you do this continuously, the baby isn’t getting the nutrition it needs and will become malnourished.

Although I know you’re just trying to start a breastfeeding debate by saying “i refuse to breastfeed”. Great, if you refuse to breastfeed then at least properly nourish your child with formula.

It doesn't have the nutrients of formula. I know people used to give it to babies but I don't think it was straight Carnation.

Why can't you get more formula?

No. Go to a church if you don't have money. They probably won't have your same kind but it'll be something.

My husband rejected all formulas and it was evaporated mil and karo syrup that his pedi put him on.
