Has anyone here had this as an adult.
I was diagnosed with it this time last week and was given an antiviral prescription.

I finished it yesterday but also noticed the spots that were in the back of my throat are only half gone and there are now two on my inner lower lip.
Clearly I need to make an appointment with my regular doctor but am wondering if anyone here had experienced this.
The minor care/clinic doctor I saw wasnt very helpful when I was asking questions and actually just left before I was done.

More common in children. Similar to hand, foot and mouth.

My daughter had it a couple of times as a kid. Just had to run its course
