Should sexual indiscretions be excused if people do good work?

How do we decide whose sexual indiscretions are overlooked and whose aren’t?

Think long and hard about how you answer lest you condone incriminating a beloved figure of yours.

Can’t wait to hear justification for the answers I know are coming.

I think a person's sexual life should be private and no one's business unless it involves children or rape.

Consensual relationships are none of my concern.

None of them should be overlooked.

Nope.

But I believe human beings are too complex for this to be so black and white. Think about Elie Wiesel for instance.

Creeps can create social justice change. Rapists can also be philanthropists. A murderer can do good deads.

Anything consensual is no one's business. Anything not consensual shows a major character flaw and is relevant.

Personally, if they aren't cheating on me and everyone is consenting, I don't care. However, if you are in politics on a morality campaign you might be screwed.

I love how you’re avoiding just saying it. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had many affairs.

This isn’t a secret.
