I was just eating sun flower seeds when I noticed my lip stung and now I have a bump. A tad swollen. Any idea?

I posted a pic. I’ve never had this happen. I hope it doesn’t get bigger. I’ve never had a cold sore.

Thats herpes. Really. Herpes labialis. Salty foods bring on the symptoms

1 mom liked this

Abreva will help a ton, the sooner the better. My former assistant used to get them all the time, all over her mouth. She'd been getting them since a child. Once they start they reoccur, Abreva cut down on time and scarring for her

Abreva, like NOW! it's likely been dormant in your body for years and it was just triggered active by something. The combination of pb and chocolate brings them on for me. I've had them since I was 7.
