ETA: I switched to an Android and there's no notes like there was on my iPhone. It wanted me to enter my credit card numbers to install Google keep, so I just typed it on here so I could quickly hand DH his phone back and later look at the numbers to figure out how long he needs to be laying down to actually get the sleep he needs. I am never on Cafemom this late, so I thought no one would see a post with such a boring title.

Yup, he needs to talk to his doctor.  Good luck and I hope it helps.

What's with the sleep tracking?

He's actually talked to his doctor before. He did a sleep study over a year ago. He got diagnosed with sleep apnea, but doesn't use the machine, and isn't a fan of taking the medication.

I assume he doesn't work.

Does he have a diagnosed sleeping disorder or breathing problem?

What kind of test will they do or diagnosis are they looking to find with writing down the info about his sleep?

I talked him into doing a sleep study before. This is a kind of a follow up.

When does he work? Does he drink any caffeine? And does he get any physical activity?

He works. 10am to 6pm.

He's been diagnosed with sleep apnea. He lost 30lbs, though. He's down to 175lbs. So he was hoping it's resolved.
