Eating a candy bar today while trying to lose weight.

I decided to eat half of a king size candy bar today. I picked it up several days ago but because I chose to eat other things it wouldn't fit within my calorie intake so I worked it in today. I haven't had any unhealthy snacks since I ate the Debbie cake on Saturday. Normally I don't eat junk food like this even this often but I found myself craving it since I started eating fewer calories. The only reason I picked up the candy bar is cause it is new and I wanted to taste it.
So that is my confession for today. The rest of the day is kinda healthy.

Breakfast was 2 fried eggs and 2 sausage, lunch is a hard boiled egg, chicken patty, 6 Ritz crackers, 3 baby bell cheese.
Dinner is homemade roast beef soup.

They make me feel like shit, but one candy bar won't negate if you are doing the right things. 

I miss Ritz crackers.  LOL

If you ate more veggies you could fill up with more food and less calories. Plus they are good for you!
