Kids clothes. What do you do?

What do you do with their outgrown things?

I used to sell them to children's orchard, but its really not worth the effort.

Now I donate them to our school districts clothes closet. It's ran by the PTA and volunteers.

My "friend" is pissed I won't take them to her. She lives 4 hours away! No. She doesn't want to come get them and I can't drive that far with my son.

I always gave mine to the battered women's shelter.  Still do, even with mine.

My boys are very hard on clothes. Any nice ones get donated to the St. Vincent De Paul clothes closet. They help needy families in our area.

Donate them to Goodwill unless I know of someone who needs them.

When I gave my stuff away..I gave all my kids' infant clothing and toddler clothing to a battered women's shelter. Along with some furniture and some kitchen things.

I've always donate their clothing.

I’ve sold some in yard sales. If they have stains or tears, I throw them away. Since there’s a baby in the house again, I give her clothes to my cousin who’s expecting a baby girl next month.

I donate them, keep a record, and claim the donation on my taxes. This is the last year I will be able to claim the donation.

My older two handle it themselves. They have stopped growing so it doesn't happen much. I donate my ds' clothes to the school. They use them for the children who need extra clothes for whatever reason.
