Do you make your kids clean their rooms?

Sort of a spin off to the garbage bag post.

I definitely do because I have to have a clean house or I go a little crazy, it teaches them how to take care of their belongings and starts good habits for when they live on their own. And a messy room is a hill I will die on, they have to clean it my way and I do go in and inspect it and make them do what isn’t done right.

Well, yes. They know how to clean their rooms and clean up after themselves if they aren't in their rooms.

Not really. My kid cleans her own space, but I've never had to make her. She just does it on her own.
