In your opinion, should a cheating spouse (male or female) be awarded alimony?

Nope. They don’t not deserve it in that situation.

Most states don't even consider spousal support unless the couple has been married 10 years and one part of said couple stayed home with children.

So I don't (generally) believe in spousal support as a whole.

No.  If you fuck up the marriage I should not have to pay you after I kick your ass out.

My ex did NOT get alimony (I made a lot more money than him).  I told him if he tried I'd keep it in court so long I would make an attorney rich before I'd give him a dime.  I didnt even pay for the divorce.

I had proof and a fault case according to PA law, so he didnt even try.

Nope. Hopefully anyone with money has a prenup.

My friend married a very rich guy. Her prenup says she gets half of everything if he cheats. And 1 million per year of marriage but child support if they have kids. They have been married almost 7 years. No kids yet. They are actually really good together so I don’t see a divorce.
