What animal do you breed?
What made you decide to start breeding?

I breed rare/endangered ducks and chickens.

I got into it at first for our own, pasture raised eggs and meat.

But then the babies were so cute, I started selling them as egg layers, pets, pest control (they eat flies, June bugs, ticks, mosquitoes, flies and everything else that's a pain in the ass!).

Nope. Thought about breeding bearded dragons but they’re already over populated. I call them the reptile version of pit bulls.

They are so cute! We have a small farm so we have a lot of baby animals here in the spring time. We have lambs and chicks mostly but we have had puppies, calves, foals, kids (the goat kind), and human kids of course, and kittens (accidental litter). We breed our working/show dogs as well. Right now we have 2 breeding females. All of our animals are pets. We don't slaughter any of them but we get eggs and milk and sell wool from our sheep. They're all happy and spoiled.

I’ve never heard of that before. What religion is that?

Your ducklings are beautiful.

No breeding (well aside from kids) going on here.

I typically buy and raise them lol

We did have one bantam have babies, but a Fox got her and two of them, so 3 have been hand reared. One of them is a rooster and I want to find him a home (I hate our current rooster) but don’t want him to be food. Ugh.
