I started my journey of losing weight tonight. I'm embarrassed to say I'm 297. It's from depression and not having the strength to fight it.
Today I have the strength, I chunked all the crap food, I walked half a mile.
Tomorrow I'm going for a mile and hopefully doing a mile in the morning and a mile at night.
I hate that I let depression take my life over and I know this won't be an easy journey but I'm putting in the time and energy to get to get there.
Right now I'm setting my goal for 200 and after I reach that I will set a new goal.
I'm going to keep everyone updated on my progress each Monday and Friday if you are interested.

That's awesome! Good for you! I found physical exercise helps immensely with depression.
