When getting new windows does anyone know if the estimator has to come into your house or can they just look outside?

For 3 windows and installation it cost me $1468. Plus a life time warranty.

Have no idea. Is it easier to measure from the inside? Like upstairs windows?

Inside if it's gonna be an accurate estimate. Be prepared for sticker shock, and don't go cheap!
