are you self medicating to deal with the effects of self denial?

or just plugging along, filling your life with clutter?

A mental health day  means giving your brain a rest from the usual routine, so that optimal brain function can happen when needed.

I don't need to "take a mental health day". I can deal with day to day life.

I don't have time for a mental health day.

I guess I'll just plug along until I go crazy.

That's what weekends are for. You get two a week, 104 a year.

Yes. Saturday and Sunday are my mental health days.
I work Monday through Friday so that my kids can eat.
Millions of people do.

I think that when people take vacations, they are giving themselves several mental health days in a row. But I do take a mental health day here and there. Nothing wrong with it.

There is nothing wrong with mental health days. That is what personal days are for

We don't have mental health days at my job.

To make up for it, they put Xanax in the water.

That's why everyone says my location has the happiest people! Lol.

Quite honestly, I have never heard of taking a mental health day except on here.
