My area is so rural that we don't even have million dollar homes lol. I think the most expensive I've seen was like $400,000. The last house I considered purchasing was $90,000.

There was only one other house and it had 72 acres plus 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. They were 45 minutes away from me too so we don’t get very many million dollar homes either. They are fun to look at when you manage to stumble across one lol

There are actually some really great houses that have foreclosures for $30,000-$50,000. I'm like why wouldn't you buy one?! But I don't know if I want to stay in this area. I definitely love to think about how I would decorate them.

THIS ONE IS $1.4 million. The average home here is between $200,000 and $300,000. I am thinking the land and fields is why the price on this one is so high but it is the only one for sale over $450,000 sooo....

I couldn't post pictures for whatever reason. You are going to laugh out loud when you see this house. It looks super rundown and it's technically 1.4 million. It's right on the beach in Maine, so prices are stupid high for this area.
