Yes, you can get nutrients from milk but you can get the same nutrients from food. You don’t have to drink milk to be healthy.

It’s not a need. It’s a want.

A need is something you have to have to survive. You don’t have to have milk to survive.

We don’t either.

I’m lactose intolerant and have been since I was a baby. I grew up just fine without milk. And surprise surprise no broken bones or nutritional deficiencies.

Milk is a need in my house. I need it for my coffee. LOL. 

We go through 2 gallons a week between coffee, drinking, cereal and recipes for cooking/baking.

Why do you care?

If no milk works for you that's great.
