DH doesn’t feel supported

I was shocked when he said that.

I really do a lot here. I dont work, I did contribute for 11 years before we had kids with lucrative career but stopped working outside the home due to SN kiddo.

I clean, cook, shop, take care of kiddo and all therapies and needs and take care of almost all house things.

He works 12 hrs a day M-F & takes care of bills.

How do you support your DH? What else should I be doing?
I’m sad he feels this way.

Ask him what is missing. Do you tell him that you appreciate him?

I have no idea what he's looking for. Is this his way of asking for more sex?

I would ask him in what way does he not feel supported.

Mine tried saying that once and I lost my shit on him. I was doing everything though so I didn't exactly take that kindly. Make him tell you what he needs specifically. Go from there.

Yes. We have a date night once a week. We spend time together. 💕. Just watching Tv or chatting and laughing after kiddos in bed.

Do you spend time just with him?  Do things just for HIM - make him a cup of coffee, things like that?  How about date nights, talks about things other than kids or household stuff?
