Sunburn remedies...

Does anyone know of at home remedies for sunburn?

I was outside in the sun all day saturday at my boys' baseball games and forgot to put sunblock on myself. I have a horrible sunburn, and have blisters on my shoulders. I might make a dr appointment, but figured i would try something at home first.

Yes I know the risk of being in the sun, I know the damage it can do. Im not looking for any lectures, just a possible remedy. lol T.I.A

Tea bags, is the best thing I've used

Do you just steep them and then put it directly on the skin (after it cools of course)

Ibuprofen (which helps the swelling, tylenol won't help).

LOTS of water (you're dehydrated from this).

Aloe (yes, it helps).

I just wet them and put it on the burn, let dry and take off.

Vinegar works better than anything else. I’m a deep sea diver and I get burnt at least 3 times a year. Put it in a spray bottle. Put the bottle in the fridge for a bit and then spray all over your burns.

I have gel with lidocaine and aloe for sunburns. I keep it in the fridge so it's nice and cool
