How much are your medications if you were to pay out of pocket?

I just paid $300 for 3, which sucked, because my husband’s insurance starts May 1st. But gotta have them.

Mine aren't that bad, thankfully. I made sure to get the cheaper ones because we didn't have insurance for a few years. We also use GoodRX to get the meds cheaper. It helps a lot.

Even with insurance now, I pay more, but only by a little bit, like less than $10/month. IDK how that should be OK. Why am I paying MORE when I am already paying for insurance? So much WTF there.

Probably around $60. I am on 4 medications, but they’re low cost.

I have stopped taking most of mine. The two left would be about fifteen dollars a month....

No clue. I know my rescue inhaler would be $80. I'm pretty sure my son's epipens would be $600. His rescue inhaler would be about the same as mine (different brand, so there may be a bit of price difference).

One of my husband's meds would cost $5 more using our insurance than it costs out of pocket without insurance. Last year, our copay on that one was $15 more than just buying it out of pocket.
The other meds, I have no clue.

My long lasting insulin would be 700 a month. Short acting 600. The rest roughly 6k. I spend abput $20 with insurance though. That's not counting test strips and lancets.

My kids asthma meds would be $75, they are $50 with our insurance.

Last year they were only $15 with insurance.

If we had to pay DHs 3 Epilepsy medications outright, it would cost us $10,000 a year. Idk what DD21s BC or inhalers would cost. I do know her exzema medicine lasts quite a while.
