Is your city worth visiting?

I'm in a position to do a little light traveling. These would mostly be weekend ventures, perhaps make it a long weekend. But still only staying 2-3 nights.

I certainly don't expect to see everything a city has to offer in this limited time but would love to eat at some good restaurants, take in a couple historical sights or points of interest. Something unique to the city. Money is of no concern.

What does your city have to offer? Or a city you have visited? Is it worth visiting for a couple of days? What would you recommend?

I'm in Texas and have been almost everywhere here that has something interesting. (And a whole bunch of places with nothing interesting.)

Go.

We get them worse in the spring. School trip time is AWFUL on the commute. I have no clue why standing to the right on an escalator is such a hard concept.

It's a small town, but there is a lot of nature surrounding. If you like hiking and parks and rivers youd like it out here. We have a few good local food places too.
