I'm just going to do some laundry, cook a gumbo cuz it's actually cold here. And just tidy up stuff
Good morning. Still sick today - didn't expect not to be, I have a sore throat and fever and runny nose - hoping it is just a bad cold, if I still have a fever tomorrow I will call my doctor. My plans for today include making a big pot of chicken soup and taking it easy.
Welll, good afternoon..lol I have to get my grocery shopping done before I take my dads truck back to him... Then tomorrow I get to stand in line at the dmv to get my new truck registered..lol

Well the high is in the 50's, still no heater on during the day! :)
but kids are wearing warm clothes and socks around the house. and we needed the heaters at night and bath time

dh had to drop christian and i off at my grandmothers early this morning. i fell asleep early(well early for me last night) dh said the electric went out somewhere around 2 or so this morning. i woke up at 7 45 i guess because of my ribs hurting from how i was sleeping. dh woke up and said the power had been off for a while. i went in to ds's room. put 2 blankets on him...he always kicks his blanket off...ugg. i hope he dosnt get sick....anyways a few minutes later i ended up getting ds up and ready and we took off. power came back on at 10.
