Bite me!

Does anyone know of any EFFECTIVE natural flea killer/repellant?
I made a spray before out of boiled orange peels but we don't really EAT oranges so it would be a waste to just buy them for rhe peel. And I have orange EO but I was told that citrus EO will burn your skin?
All of our dogs get fleas obviously but our newest dog Hooch has them bad and a possible flea allergy (he's missing hair and has scabs from scratching so much). All the dogs got frontline the day after we got Hooch, but I hate that its basically a poison that soaks into their skin.

Any other ideas?

Also, any ideas for an anti-itch? I put a bit of tea tree w/coconut oil on the spots Hooch can't reach but I don't want to put something on him that will make him sick if he licks it off.

Thanks ladies!!

Thanks! I feel so bad for him. He scratches almost constantly although it has been less since we first got him. He has an appt Wednesday to make sure his skin condition isn't mites or mange or anything. Then he's getting FIXED!
