I'm really trying to feed my family less processed foods but with hubby and I both working full time jobs it is really hard sometimes. I find myself picking up my youngest daughter from daycare and it is so late I just endup throwing some chicken in the oven and grab for a box of mac and cheese and canned veggies. I figured if I could find some good slow-cooker recipes I could throw everything together in the crock-pot when I get home from work before going to bed (I work nights) and everything would be ready when everyone gets home.
