Good info to have but it seems like every step we make to be healthier amd eat healthier is never good enough cause there is always something else that has to be watched for.

I know how that feels, it's like you can never be green enough.

They always try to sneak something unhealthy into what is *supposed* to be healthy.

I agree! All you can do is try to make the best choices. This is one of the reasons I love making so many of our own products though.

I think the best thing we can do is to just do the best we can and not beat ourselves up or drive ourselves insane trying to make sure we get all the bad stuff out of our diets/lives. Just keep on making the small changes where we can and be proud of the fact that we are making an effort. It's more than most people can say, ya know.

Make one to two changes a week if not every other week is good, even if it's one change a month.  It's better then nothing at all.
