23 jars of plum jelly and it barely made a dent in the plum supply! Making plum syrup next. Gave plums to the neighbors and relatives too. Any ideas for the rest?

I did that last year.  It was SO much work to cut all of the pits out and we still have some.

Oh, sounds good.  I want to can some stuff, but not sure if I will actually do it.  My garden just isn't large enough to pull enough veggies to make anything.  Maybe some salsa, but that would be it.
