Sorry I'm late ladies!

Anyway... what do you to recharge your batteries? When you feel tired/drained, how do you pep yourself up?

 exercise. A short run or a few moments jumping on the trampoline when I'm tired generally gets me going in a pinch. On a regular basis, I find if I don't fit in my exercise I fall into a 'drained' slump.

It depends but usually a shower and eating oranges helps.  Fresh air - a walk around the block.  Finding a good station on the radio always gets me in the dancing mood.
