Quoting cemcnair:
Are they inside or out, how often do you water, do you wait for it to get dry then water, how much sun, and where do you live?
Outside... No I water everyday unless it rains..... They get the afternoon sun..... Az
So when I looked (just now) it said it can take up to 2 weeks for them to sprout, so fingers crossed! I will update!

I hope they work for you! Be careful of over watering, they don't need to sit in water or they will rot. Don't let them completely dry out, but most of the way.

The sun is probably the issue. They should most likely be getting full sun all day long. Its a learning process for sure. We all have stuff that doesnt take well

It has been fairly hot this season and some plants do not do well with the heat. Did you look up when is a proper time in your state to plant them? How much sun does it get during the day?
I just looked it up and it said year round. They get the late afternoon sun.
