Because when I had to help my son clean up crusted on rabbit pee and poop I certainly wanted something I could throw away!
Anybody else keep paper towels around for gross jobs?

I pick up a single roll if I have a really nasty task that I need to do.

I just use warn out wash cloths for gross jobs and toss them in the washing machine. I use warn out wash cloths for cleaning, as well.

My hubby cuts up his worn out T-shirts and sweat shirts for that - we can clean them if it's not too nasty - or just toss them if it too gross. sweatshirts also make the greatest burp cloths :) soft and absorbent.

I just broke down and bought a whole package of paper towels.  As soon as put the new roll in DH spilled some water on the floor.  My kid immediately reached for the paper towel and I was like, "Whoa!  Just because we have them doesn't mean they need to be used for EVERYTHING!"
