Facial wipe solution?

Right now I'm using disposable baby wipes as makeup remover before I wash my face at night.  We have cloth wipe for when baby arrives and our solution is water with a little Burt's Bees wash.  I imagine I could use that same thing on my face in place of the disposable wipes, but does anyone else do this and have a "recipe" you'd like to share?

Do the oils separate with the water? But mix when you shake it?
