My daughter wasn't feeling good week before last. Just cranky and didn't have much energy. This past week we went bike riding Tuesday morning then an hour after we got home she got hit by the flu. Fever, cough, nasal congestion.
Her fever only hit 102 so I gave her some simisilan fever and cough but that was it. That stuff really helped btw. Fever was around through Friday. My son had to be at school to meet his new mentor Wednesday and Friday. My mom stayed with my daughter. She was not happy.
So the fever is gone but she still has the cough. It's a dry cough but thick green junk comes out of her nose when she sneezes. She is breathing fine. But boy is she cranky! She's not sleeping well so she screams and cries and refuses to nap all day long. My back tends to lock up and not move between the shoulder blades and its extra bad right now.
Uggh when is this ever going to end?
