Oil pastels for hair streaks?

Anybody know more about this?? All I can find is "Use oil pastels on sections of hair, then coat with hairspray."

Anybody brave enough/have the supplies to try it???

There was a post about using chalk.  I just don't know that I'd trust the oil pastels to wash out but it does look pretty on her.  Let me know if you try it.  I'd probably do a small area first to see how hard it is to do and if it washes out easily.
