They say beauty sleep is important, so how many hours of beauty sleep do you typically get a night?

The sleep i get is so crappy it doesn't even come close to "beauty sleep". My son is 9 1/2 months old and he wakes me up 4 times a night on average because he is teething. :o/

I don't really sleep much. Its hard for me to sleep and I sleep at weird hours. lol

I normally get anywhere between six to eight on a good night, but when my husband works nights I only get about five Bc I sleep on the couch. It's very important Bc your body needs to recuperate over night to have a good day the next. If I don't sleep well, the next day I'm not a very happy camper.

I get around 7 and a half hours of sleep sometimes 8.
