My daughter saw me playing with polyvore and wanted to be the one to pick the items. So, I gave her a chance, and boy, is she a pink fiend, lol. This look reminds me of something that would be on Reese Witherspoon in Legally Blonde, lol. But I have to admit, it's cute in a Pink Princess kind of way, lol. She at least kept with a matching color scheme, as well as the bow theme. She started with the dress, then the shoes, bag and hair band. Not bad for a 6 y.o. ;-)
So... Would You Wear It?
I have to say, I like the items individually: especially the shoes and dress. Collectively I probably would feel pink overload, or Barbie-like... although I have to admit I remember a few years back I had a favorite purse and shoes that were pink and a dress that was pink with a simple design all over it. It all matched nicely, so I'd wear it to church and a lot of the older ladies liked it, while I thought they'd look at me like I was too much, haha. I don't have the purse or shoes anymore, but digging through some of my things I found I still have the dress. :-)
