how do you stop looking so tired? Normal makeup photo

Lately I have been looking like I have walked through a war zone. I look even sicker than I feel. I didn't relize it untill al my friends kept asking on FB if I was feeling ok when they saw this pic. what can I do?


This is a pic of how I normaly do makeup when I do it. It is older than pic above

The month of May is the Nerofibromatosis awarness month. 

One of the major signs are cafe au lait spots (flat brown spots on the skin).

Please research this disorder! 

I have this disorder myself.

A good under eye concealer. I don't leave the house without some on.

I agree a good concealer will do wonders.  I have been using Maybelline Instant Age Rewind and it works really well.

 Yes a good concealer... try cucumbers on your eyes.

I saw on the show the dr's that sardines work great on the eyes.

lots of water too, drinking water will help reduce the dark circles.

Like others have mentioned eye concealer! I use maybelline age rewind eraser it works great!!

mosturizer, eye concelear and find a pretty shimmery white or cream eye shadow and pop that right into the inner corners of your eyes. :)

I totally feel like that,like what happened?...lol

This looks like your tired look,sleep deprivation,dehydration with some mild depression....don't want to make it clinical and all. We women go through a war one,at least some of us have had or share. The face and body shows all. So we have to do the best we can even when we have neglected ourselves.

To conceal is to cover up and it's fine to fix up some,put some concealer under those eyes,the yellow kind. Put on some makeup,drink water,rub some vitamin e oil  under eyes ,relax more,get some sleep . Think positive!
