What should I do to my hair?

I've had the same hair style for about a year now and I am just tired of it. :/ any suggestions?
If I cut it, I don't want to go too short.
I love the length

Nice hair don't cut it!  Maybe highlights? Something warm toned

if you like the length there isn't much you can do that will be very different beside growing out the layers. maybe try doing something with the color instead to give it some flair.

 Do not cut any length of your hair! I absolutely love it =) My hair was the same length and I went through the "I'm so board with this... I need something new" thing about a year ago (Nobody was going to talk my out of it! lol)... I cut it back to Bra Strap length and got a lot of layering and side swept bangs. The stylist actually took off more hair than I wanted her to and went crazy with the layers. I liked it for the1st month or so then missed having my long hair.. I've been growing it out since then.

I would say that getting layers and long bangs starting at chin length would look really pretty. It's not a dramatic change, but I fell like you shouldn't mess with perfection ;)
