What is a good product to stop hair loss? Since having my daughter, I am losing clumps of hair when I shower and brush my hair. Any advice would help c:

I've heard that Nioxin is good and my mom seems to really like Ovation.

Hate that,it happened to me. I was losing hair by the handfull in the shower. My hair is definetly thinner and shorter now. My last child is now 3,still not the thick,long head of hair I once had :(,

Well,It would help to have biotin supplemented in your diet and I have heard castor oil is good for hair loss.

This is good advice.  And taking prenatal vitamins help along with healthy eating.

Just try doing natural things to your hair. google apple cider vinegar rinses and coconut oil for hair.  Hope it gets better for you soon.

I'm actually quite a bit better than I was before. More fruits and vegetables, less sodas and junk. Still trying to eat even better.
