Instead of running out and buying rubbing alchool, you can use mouth wash too! Just have to hold the paper on the nail longer! :) its looks really awesome :)

Its actually really easy to so. Just paint a base coat on (a lite color) and dip ur finger in rubbing alcohol for a few seconds and put a piece of newspaper that you cut over ur finger firmly while its still wet and carefully peel off and presto. Seal with a top coat :)
