Another great tip via Michelle Phan!
Have you ever done this before?

Using a lash curler helps to open up your eyes and create more visible lashes. I can’t forget this step in my makeup routine because my lashes are super thin and straight! Since curling your lashes is such an important part of the makeup process, I thought I’d pass along a quick beauty trick that will help make it even more effective.
Before you curl, heat up your lash curler with your blow dryer or stick it under warm water for a few seconds. Test the temperature on your wrist so you don’t burn yourself! Similar to heating your curling iron to curl your hair; a heated tool will create a curl much more effectively that an unheated tool. So, a warm curler will give the effect of longer-lasting, noticeably curlier lashes. This trick works on false lashes, too!

I don't use the curler but since I joined this group I got really interested in the idea. My question is, when do you use the curler, before or after the mascara?

Before
Quoting Apr1l:
I've heard this before, but no I don't curl them often but I adore the look when I do
I've never done this before but I have to try it soon.
Quoting pixiemg1:When I got my makeup done for my brothers wedding the MUA used a heated eyelash curler. This is a cool little trick that I will be using.
Learn something new everyday lol never knew that had heated ones.
Quoting loriec:I guess the logic here would be in ways heat works from your curling iron to curl hair,it would be the same for eyelash hair.
Yes, that makes sense! Can't wait to try this.
Quoting ShutterBug3:I do this, I just run mine under hot water for a few seconds before I curl. I used waterproof mascara alllll the time, so the water trick works for me.
have to try this tip today!
