2. Exercise: try exercising outdoors in fresh air to help your body in waste removal through your skin.
3. Sleep: ahh, blissful sleep! Regardless what you do, if your body is sleep deprived your skin will show it by appearing dull, tired and saggy. Sleep is truly beneficial to your beauty. ;-)
4. Sunlight: 10-15 minutes of sun exposure a few times a week is essential for healthy skin and bones. Sunlight helps your body absorb calcium, and can even heal eczema, psoriasis and acne. Take time to enjoy the sunshine!
5. Water: what goes on must come out...and water helps move everything along. Eight to twelve 8oz glasses of water combined with a high fiber diet will cleanse your body, while keeping your skin hydrated and moisturized. Drink up! :-)
