Mineral eyeshadow or Cream Eyeshadow

 I do that sometimes too, along with eye primer. I fell it makes the mineral eyeshadow more vibrant and longer lasting.

I use a primer, then a cream shadow and set with an eye shadow powder. If I don't set the cream shadow, it , even with primer.

Depends on the product and how I'm using it.

Mineral shadow you can apply dry or apply foiled which changes the color while with a cream shadow you can only apply it one way but you can use it as an eyeliner.

mineral cream creases alot i use it as a base but i also use urban decay primer potion and its great .

I use cream as a base for drugstore eyeshadow to stick to, haha.
