Looking to buy a good quality blow dryer, any advice would be appreciated.
What I looked for was wattage (higher than 1500 watts, different heat settings and speed and a cold blast button. I ended up getting a professional one as it was on sale. Nothing fancy, but then again I only use it once a week at the most.
There's a debate whether ionic hair dryers are better or not. You'll have to decide on which side of the debate you stand on, and whether there's an ionic model that suits your budget if you want one.
I would go to a Sally's, it a cosmetology store. All of their hair dryers, curling irons, etc are professional grade. Make sure you get one with a diffuser if you have curly hair it will help to not fry your hair.
