What is the best shampoo & conditioner for dry scalp?

I went sulfate free, but it hasn't helped.

I use two different shampoos. 1: Clear Scalp and Hair Therapy and 2: Palmer's Olive Oil Formula Shampoo. I put the #1 on the top of my head (my problem area) and #2 on the rest of my hair. I do not use conditioner anymore. It took a few weeks but my scalp cleared up.

I don't shampoo at all anymore.  I clarify with an apple cider vinegar, co-wash every 3-4 days.  After I rinse out my hair and before I style I apply an oil mixture (Wild Growth Light Oil Moisturizer) directly to my scalp and rub it in to seal in the moisture.

Also, it's hard for me to go without washing my hair every day. While I have dry scalp, somehow my hair gets greasy/oily after sleeping. Even if I wash my hair the night before, it's oily around the hair line in the morning.

I use an all natural bar shampoo that I purchase on etsy. I love it and I haven't had to use conditioner since I started using it-though I did purchase a conditioner from her too.
