Teeth Whitening

Do you whiten your teeth? What do you use? How did it work?

I just use Colgate Optic White toothpaste. Works like a charm! I have whiter teeth than most people I know who use all the whitening stuff..

It's something that I want to do next year. I think I'll go to the dentist for this. My SIL went a few years ago, and within an hour or so her teeth was whiter by a few shades.

How long did it take to get them whiter with that toothpaste ?

Yep! It works amazing! And I drink coffee daily and wine weekly.

charcoal! works awesome, you see a difference right away.  i used all the doctor gels and trays for years.  this is cheap and i don't get the tooth pain
