Has anyone gone to the mall to find out their foundation color?

I'm thinking about going to the mall and having them (one of the make up counter people) figure out my foundation... Bc I can't! Has anyone done this?

I haven't done that but a Mary Kay rep did it for me once.

I have once at the Estée Lauder counter in Macy's. I'm pretty sure I was "desert," or that's just what I remember :)

Yes I did it at MAC before. It was good to get someone to show me what colour(s) I can use. Made future foundation purchases easier.

It is! And some stores have weird lighting that makes colours look different in the bottle/package!

That is so true. And I've always been told to match the color to my wrist... Wtf:(

haha I've been told that too. What a load of BS. My wrist is NOT the same colour as my face. I think the best place to test is at the jawline.
