Ulta, Sephora, directly though the companies. I very rarely buy at other stores because I'm cheap and I love Ulta's sells and coupons. When I do I also buy from Walgreens or Fred Meyer.

My foundation comes from the mall and the eyeliner I use on the bottom.  All the rest comes from wal mart or somewhere like that.

Usually Sephora, but sometimes the company websites for specific brands. The Ulta here is notorious for bait & switch ads so I've blacklisted them from receiving my $$. Since I have to replace mascara frequently I buy Maybelline's as my first choice, and get it when I see a good deal (drugstore, WalMart, Target, grocery store) And I'll sometimes buy a drug store brand to try a new type of product before going to Sephora for a 'better' version.

A bit everywhere - a drugstore here that that a make-up counters for Revlon, Bourjois, Maybelline, etc; departments stores; Duty-Free stores when I am travelling abroad; Sephora, online.
