I thought of washing my hair and putting a lot of conditioner in it. wrapping it in plastic wrap and sleep in it. my sister said it would break the ends of my hair. I have dry hair. help.

I have not dyed my hair in a month. I used henna a month ago and it took care of the fading color. I stopped using anything other ygen henna.

Use an Oil instead. If you can find Jojoba Oil try that. It's the best hair oil I have ever used. My hair is protein sensitive, so coconut doesn't work for me.

tonight I will putt coconut oil on my hair. Any special direction I should go by?

Quoting Stangl4:

Olive Oil or Coconut Oil would be great for it overnight or all day:)
